Shipping Policy

Postage & Handling
All orders placed before 12pm (QLD Time) will be dispatched or available for pick-up the
same day. We use Australia Post for shipping of all filter cartridges and items under 5kg.
Physical or PO Box addresses are allowed. The item cost remains the same whether picked-
up or posted.
Items over 5kg are available for pick-up only or delivery to the 4670 Post Code area. Please
provide your physical address for Post Code 4670 deliveries. This includes all Whole House
filtration systems and UV systems. If you have any doubt about your order or delivery
address, please contact us prior to purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
All orders MUST be checked for damage within 48 hours of being signed for as delivered
(based on tracking details) or picked-up. If damage is found you must contact us
immediately providing photos of the damaged goods, and if possible, the damage done to
the carton/box. This 48-hour period is a figure provided to us from Australia Post to approve
transit warranty cases. If we are not notified of damaged goods within 48 hours, transit
warranty will be void and Bundaberg Water can no longer take responsibility for damaged
goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have read the terms and conditions of this
Shipping Policy and understand the requirements for transit cover on all orders.

Please also note that while there is no express postage option available online, we are able
to process the express post charge manually. If you require your item ASAP please contact
us before purchase. If you have any questions pertaining to express delivery or additional
cost, please contact us before purchase.
Authority To Leave
Please leave us a note on the purchase or message us direct after purchase to add a delivery
instruction on your order. We process orders very efficiently so it is important that you
contact us quickly so the order is not processed before the note has been added.
If Authority To Leave is given by the buyer, transit warranty can be void in the incidence of a
missing/stolen parcel. Bundaberg Water will work closely with Australia Post to resolve any
disputes or issues with delivery and Proof of Delivery. Only provide an ATL on orders when
there is a safe place for items to be left.
